Plastic Food Trays
  1. PP - natural, white or black trays are good for short shelf life and microwave heating. Homo-polymer or co-polymer PP is available.
  2. APET - high barrier tray made from amorphous polyester. Good for freezing to -40°C, and is suitable for cold and ambient food products. It is solid in transport and will not break or crack.
  3. CPET - high barrier trays made from crystalized polyester. Good for freezing to -40°C, and cooking up to 220°C, both in conventional ovens and microwaves. It is the most advanced form of packaging on the market today and has excellent barrier properties that aid in increasing a products shelf life.

    4. (Both of the APET & CPET trays are excellent for use in vacuum/gas applications to extend shelf life).

Dairy Packaging
  • Most dairy packaging is made of PP or PS. It is not an exclusive material and the products are easily available. However, we can make available to you the new concepts of packaging,
    eg. packing of cheese-in-brine in a tub with a strainer.
  • Also I.M.L (in-mould labeling) on tubs is a new concept that may not be available in your area. I.M.L is the only system allowing the use of the bottom of the tub for printed information.

  • The container stays dry and rigid.
